Mobiliser Programmes are strategic R&D projects aimed at creating new products, processes or services with a high content of technological and innovative aspects, which contribute to the value chain of these products, processes and services and are designed as dynamising focal points for scientific and technological capabilities and skills, causing significant impacts at a multi-sectoral level, specifically allowing the assimilation and exploitation of the developed technologies.
Due to the transverse nature and scope of the skills involved, these Mobilising projects should be disaggregated into multiple partial projects that come together to achieve an overall objective. The partial units should bring together various complementary capabilities and be structured around specific concrete, coherent and complementary objectives, which aim to create new products, processes or services (PPS), or making significant improvements to existing PPS.
