This study presents a detailed proposal for indicators for a future national statistical series on the Circular Economy to be analysed by Statistics Portugal. The ANI is referenced as a source for the indicator concerning the number of R&D projects supported by SIFIDE that qualify as ecodesign and for the indicator related to R&D activity developed as part of circular economy projects. The production of this document is an initiative of LIPOR, but it is supported by dozens of partner institutions, so that the statistical analysis can be as comprehensive as possible.
