Qualification of the SME

The objective of the NOTICE of contest No. LISBON-59-2018-40 is to foster the recruitment, by SMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) in the Lisbon region, of highly qualified human resources with an academic qualification level of 8 (Doctorate degree), as a way of acquiring critical mass and support for the development of processes that promote business innovation.

The support aims to finance 50% of the monthly costs with the basic salary and the mandatory social charges, with a minimum duration of 24 months and a maximum duration of 36 months.

Applications submitted via an electronic form on the Balcão 2020, are continuously processed, according to the deadlines defined for the three phases.
